Combined transportation
All incoming parcels are checked and recorded in our system, applying strict control levels. All received goods are processed the same day and entered into the inventory.
Inventory Management
We use a factory-standard storage system with shelves providing a total storage space for over 100,000 parcels. Goods are stored with high safety standards and in packaging that ensures durability under all conditions.
Order picking
All new customer orders are processed daily for all areas in Greece and abroad.
Relabeling – Packing
The process of attaching the shipping receipt is done through our digital system to ensure accuracy and speed in order fulfillment. Additionally, the option for repackaging is provided with the necessary materials required.
Shipping
We collaborate with all major logistics companies in Greece and abroad. Shipments are forwarded to the respective provider upon customer request.
Returns
We manage all parcel returns with detailed quality control of both the external packaging and the contents. All parcels are coded upon entry and accordingly stored.
